  Very bad experience. When i come to the reception, two receptionists busy chatting away about their personal life, until i ask them to serve me. My file set up, i was waiting for half an hour and Lily the receptionist (asian lady) call me over and tell me, i will be waiting for two hours if i wishes to see the doctor. Their are 12 patients before me. I ask her how come only a few waiting at the moment. Her replied is they come in the morning, but they haven’t see the doctor, so they will come back in the evening. I ask her can i go home and come back abit later. Lily said i can’t, if i go home and come back, the doctor will not see me. I asked how can other patients can come back and i can’t. Her reply is because i come in after 5.30pm, so i had to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor, if i leave the medical centre the doctor won’t see me. Even though the medical centre closed at 7pm. There are more attitude that Lily give me, but I can not write them all down. Great attitude Lily, the first and last time i will come to this medical centre.
